Support with marketing and PR:

• Inclusion in Select Speakers Website (featured speaker of the month including an article of your choice)
• Inclusion in Company Literature
• Introductory mailings to clients, including Business Links and Trade Associations.
• Support with production of publicity material.
• Inclusion in Annual Speakers showcase in first year of representation and inclusion in other showcase events i.e. Shows and Exhibitions whenever possible.
• Circulation of articles and press releases to magazines and newspapers.
  

Support with administration:

• Negotiation of engagement, contract, invoicing and collection of fee in advance. (invoicing can be done under speakers’ own company or business logo and then commission invoiced to the speaker separately).
• Contracting to cover cancellation fee and copyright of speaker’s material.
• Liaison with the client on behalf of the speaker to organise all aspects of the engagement including briefing, technical requirements, travel and accommodation requirements.
• Booking and purchase of travel tickets and accommodation with costs being claimed from client direct. Full itinerary with a copy for spouse or partner.
• Collection of feedback after an event.
• Claim expenses after the event.
• Available seven days a week for dealing with any last minute changes or emergencies.
• Handling of all incoming enquiries for speakers in their absence (answering service).
• Listing of events/seminars organised by the speaker on Select Speakers Website.
• Speakers’ products for sale on Select Speakers Website.

The ‘Professional’ service package requires the speaker to agree to Select Speakers handling all enquiries for speaking and to take a commission out of all monies earned from those speaking engagements of 18%, subject to the speaker doing a minimum of ten engagements per year that Select Speakers can broker on their behalf. No extra costs.

Aspiring professional speakers:

• Support with production of publicity material and marketing.
• Advice on speaking style and dress.
• Recommendation to speaking coach or training seminar, if required.
• Advice on career development.
• Opportunities to speak to hone presentations.
• Inclusion in Select Speakers Website (featured speaker of the month)
• Inclusion in Company Literature
• Speaker products for sale on Select Speakers Website.

The Aspiring service package requires an Annual fee: £1,000 paid in ten monthly instalments by standing order plus 20% commission for Select Speakers on all speaking engagements. If the speaker reaches a minimum of ten engagements within the first twelve months Select Speakers Ltd will refund the Annual Fee.
Listing only (12 months):

• Annual administration fee: £100.00
